When the pet is required to remain in quarantine custody, a cost of care (B/.3.50 daily) is included.

When it may be required that the pet stays under quarantine custody, on extra cost of B/. 3.50 will be charged for service.

In those cases in which the veterinarian is not on duty (weekends and holidays) and pets arrive in the country and the owner of the same wishes to receive veterinary care, he must avail himself of the provisions of Decree 25 of 31-01-2002, in its article 5 and published in the Official Gazette N 24488. In cases that the veterinary is not on shift, holidays and weekends, and a pet arrives, and the owns wishes the pet be taken care of by the veterinary doctor, the owenes of the pet will have to abide by what is established in Decree N 25 of january 31, 2002 in its article N 5 and published in it Official Newspaper N 24488.
